  • 2 ripe, fresh California avocado, peeled, thinly sliced or smashed
  • 2 slices bread (you can choose multigrain or wheat bread)
  • 6 slices beefsteak tomato
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe avocados 1 teaspoon salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco 1 cup sliced onion
1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
2 pounds medium shrimp deveined and peeled 4 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup capers 8 bay leaves
1 cup chopped celery 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1 garlic clove

 

PREPARATION

During 5 minutes cook shrimps in a pot of boiling salted water Place the shrimps in a bowl and add the lemon juice, the vegetable oil, the avocado and the rest of the other ingredients together
