Berries are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and protein and as you probably know by now, protein is essential for maintaining the good health of our body`s tissues and the daily intake and smoothies are the great way to get all nutrients that you need to have a healthy lifestyle

Vanilla Berry protein smoothie

One cup of raspberry and blackberry contain 8 grams of fiber. We love vanilla and science says we like vanilla because it reminds us of breast milk.
Number of Servings: 4

Blend this
2 cup (300 g)
3 cups (600 ml) yogurt or water or milk of choice
2 cup (200 g) strawberries, frozen
2 scoop vanilla protein powder or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup (120 g) raspberry, frozen
1 cup (150 g) blackberry, frozen
1 tsp cinnamon


Place all ingredients in a blender or in a food processor; blend until the berries have fully broken down and until smooth. Drink and enjoy

Delicious smoothie to start your morning. oh my Gosh coconut milk blueberry smoothie has been one of my favorites smoothies to start my morning.

These are all the ingredients that you need to make this delicious blueberry and coconut milk smoothie combined with other fruits

2 tablespoon honey or more as needed
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoon chia seed
¾ (or 1) cup yogurt
1 (or 2) cup frozen blueberries
¾ cup Oats
2 banana (optional)

1 combine all ingredients in a blender & blend for approximately 40- 120 seconds
2 Serve right away and bon appétit.

Almond Berry smoothie

Almond is a highly nutritional nut and a rich source of vitamins, iron, calcium, phosphorus etc. Start your morning with this Delicious and anti-oxidant berry smoothie. You don´t need a lot of money for this smoothie.

1 ½ tablespoon hemp hearths
4 ice cubes
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or more as needed
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 ½ tablespoon raw almond butter
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon vanilla Greek Yogurt (optional)
Water as needed

Combine strawberries, almond milk, vanilla Greek Yogurt, almond butter, chia seed in a blender; puree for 2 minutes or blend until smooth.
