Blueberry banana and spinach smoothie. This is a superfood green smoothie recipe. I know you and your kids gonna love this healthy and delicious smoothie made with wild blueberries, spinach, banana, milk, and almonds.

This yummy smoothie is packed with antioxidants and nutrients thanks to all the blueberries and thanks to spinach leaves.

This smoothie, it’s also loaded with potassium from the ripe banana, calcium from the milk and protein from the Greek yogurt.

How To Make Blueberry Banana and Spinach Smoothie

This yummy smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack!


  • 1 Ripe banana peeled, cut up and frozen, or 2 optional – depending on how thick you want your smoothie tools
  • ½ cup milk of choice ( you can choose daily, soy milk, almonds milk or coconut milk, unsweetened)
  • ½ cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or you can add 2 tablespoons
  • 1 ½ tablespoon protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 ice cubes


You must peel and slice the ripe banana and rinse the blueberries and the spinach. If you wish you can use frozen bananas instead. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth

This is very important and you must know it. Well, depending on the strength of your blender my dears friends, you may wish to puree everything but the ice cubes first and then you can add the rest of the other ingredients.
