- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves from your garden or you can use organic mint leaves
- Raw honey, to taste
- 3 slices of lemon
- Roughly tear the leaves with your hands
- Boil at least two cups of water in a pan, bowl or in a teapot and pour over the leaves
- Let the water boil for 10 minutes together with the three slices of lemon
- Don´t strain the water right after you turn the burner off
- It´s better if you let the water soak up all the goodness of the peppermint
- Pour into teacups or mug and sweeten with honey to taste
- Pour over ice for a cool iced tea option on a hot summer

- 2 Cups boiling water
- 1 fresh organic lemon cut into 4 slices
- 2-inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon virgin honey
- Bring 2 cup of water to a boil
- Add lemon slices into the tea kettle
- Add grated ginger
- Add the cinnamon
- Turn off the heat
- Let it steep for up to 10 minutes
- Strain the tea and add honey to taste
