  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • ¾ vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tbsp fresh ginger peeled and grated fine
  • ½ cup ice


In a blender, combine the ginger, milk, yogurt, the bananas, sugar or honey and add the ice. Blend until smooth.

How to make a banana smoothie with very berry. I love this smoothie because it is delicious, you can share this smoothie with your friends or with your couple at any time, in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening.


First, you must peel and slice the banana or if you wish you can use frozen bananas instead, rinse the blueberries, the strawberries, and the raspberries. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and add ice.


  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ almond milk or soy milk
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
