- Two liters of water
- Ginger knob cut into thin slices (choose a medium one about 2 inches in length and you do not need to peel the ginger)
- 1 ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ lemon
- Sweetener of choice, but I recommend to use virgin honey (unadulterated honey)
- Boil the water in a pot for about 20 or 30 minutes along with the ginger
- Turn off the heat
- Strain and pour the tea in a mug
- Squeeze half the lemon juice into the mug
- Add apple cider vinegar
- Add the tsp honey to sweeten (optional)
- Let it cool, then drink after each meal
